Service Delivery Policy

1. Digital deliverables

Nothing is shipped. CVs and cover letters are delivered as editable DOCX and PDF in one selected language. LinkedIn copy is supplied as ready-to-paste text with skills notes. Interview preparation includes one 45-minute remote session in Complete Career Profile or the standalone Interview Prep service; session time is agreed separately. Exact inclusions are listed in your package.

2. Timeline and order stages

CV Essential: 2–4 business days after payment and documents. Career Pro: 3–6 business days after payment and documents. Complete Career Profile: 5–8 business days; session by agreement. Interview Prep: 3–5 business days after payment and complete requirements. Cover Letter: 3–5 business days after payment and complete requirements. Landing Page: Confirmed in written quote after requirements review. Personal / Portfolio Website: Confirmed in written quote after requirements review. Business Website: Confirmed in written quote after requirements review. E-commerce Setup: Confirmed in written quote after requirements review. Website Redesign: Confirmed in written quote after requirements review. Simple Lead / Booking System: Confirmed in written quote after requirements review. CRM / Client Tracking System: Confirmed in written quote after requirements review. Custom Dashboard / Internal Tool: Confirmed in written quote after requirements review. Custom Web App: Confirmed in written quote after requirements review. Landing Page Copy: 3–5 business days after payment and complete requirements. Company Profile: Confirmed in written quote after requirements review. Tracking Setup: Confirmed in written quote after requirements review. Marketing Audit: 3–5 business days after payment and complete requirements. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

After payment, orders may move through awaiting documents, document review, in progress, ready for your review and delivered. A revision request moves the order into revision requested. These stages describe fulfillment, not hiring outcomes. Missing information pauses delivery estimates; we communicate revised dates when needed.

3. Communication and final delivery

Your checkout email is used for agreed draft and final delivery communication. Track progress with the order number and matching email. Send missing information, revision feedback or link-access issues through the contact form quoting the order number. Delivery is not marked complete merely because you have been unavailable; uncompleted scope remains subject to our fair cancellation policy.

Website, system and marketing delivery

Custom timelines start after accepted scope, confirmed agreed payment, usable content/data and required access. Hosting setup, approvals, client feedback, external integrations and scope changes can affect milestones; we communicate revised estimates. We provide review access and agree acceptance checks. Missing deliverables are not treated as delivered simply because the client is unavailable.

Website/system delivery includes the pages, features, test checks and handover named in the quote, not automatic ongoing hosting, maintenance or security operations. Marketing delivery is agreed editable copy, audit/report or configured events with test notes, not campaign performance. Revision rounds and defect correction follow the accepted scope and Revision Policy.
