Terms of Service

1. Operator and agreement

Next Digital is operated by Next Digital, Alexandria, Egypt. These terms apply to your order together with the package description, agreed written scope and linked policies. The version in effect when you order applies to that order.

2. Services and no outcome guarantee

We provide CV/resume writing and review, ATS-oriented formatting, LinkedIn profile copy, cover letters, career positioning, interview preparation and application document support. Optional translation or specialist documents require an agreed quote. We are not a recruitment agency and do not submit applications or represent you to employers.

We do not guarantee employment, interviews, offers, admission or acceptance by any ATS. Hiring depends on employers, qualifications, market conditions and other factors outside our control. We do not offer a guaranteed ATS score.

Digital services and written quotes

We also provide landing pages and websites, e-commerce configuration on customer-owned platforms, custom dashboards and lightweight internal systems, marketing content and measurement support, and optional document/process organization. No platform ownership, affiliation or provider approval is claimed.

Starting prices are indicative for limited base scopes, not an offer to build every requested feature for that amount. Custom websites, systems and other custom work require requirements review and written agreement naming the service, deliverables, exclusions, price, currency, revision rounds, milestones and acceptance checks before payment. A quote request is an inquiry only, not a paid order or accepted offer.

New features, integrations, pages, content, data migration, languages, redesign directions or extra revision rounds are change requests. We explain cost and timeline impact and obtain your written approval before extra work or charges. We do not guarantee traffic, rankings, sales, revenue, platform approvals or marketing results.

Client access, costs and intellectual property

Supply accurate content and assets you may lawfully use, nominate an authorized reviewer, and arrange necessary hosting, domains and platform accounts directly. These costs, software licenses, paid plugins, advertising spend and provider fees are excluded unless explicitly itemized in the accepted quote. Grant least-privilege access through secure invitations; do not put passwords, secrets or production customer data in public intake forms. Revoke temporary access after handover.

After full payment, ownership of bespoke original content, designs and custom code created specifically for you transfers where applicable, excluding our pre-existing methods/templates and third-party/open-source components. Incorporated pre-existing elements are licensed perpetually and non-exclusively for use in the delivered project; third-party elements retain their own licenses. Your existing assets remain yours. Repository/source handover, hosting transfer and maintenance are included only when specified in the scope. We do not publish your materials without separate permission.

3. Scope, language and timelines

Your purchased package defines the deliverables, one selected document language, target role, revision rounds and any included session. Selecting a service focus does not add items outside the package. Additional target roles, extra documents, translation or sessions require a separate written quote before payment.

Delivery estimates begin after confirmed payment and receipt of complete, usable documents and information. Missing information pauses work. Interview sessions are scheduled by agreement. We will communicate material delays and revised estimates.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide truthful qualifications, dates, experience and achievements, and documents you are authorized to share. Do not send passwords, identity documents, financial data or unnecessary sensitive information. Review the final content and verify all facts before using it. You remain responsible for your applications and for applying LinkedIn copy to your own account.

Respond to clarification requests and provide accessible file links. CV upload is optional; you may provide career history instead. We never require your LinkedIn password.

5. Payment

Prices are based in SAR and displayed using manually configured exchange rates. Checkout names the exact service and shows the actual charge currency and rounded total. SAR, USD and AED checkout depend on processor/account support. EGP is display-only: an explicit SAR total and separate acceptance are required, never a hidden conversion. Your bank may apply its own fees. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. When enabled, Stripe processes card payment server-side. We do not store full card details. A saved pending-payment order is not proof of payment; work starts only after payment and required information are complete. The amount shown in the order summary is the agreed total.

6. Delivery and revisions

Digital documents are delivered by the agreed email or private file link. LinkedIn work is ready-to-paste copy, not direct account access. CV Essential: 1 revision round; Career Pro: 2 revision rounds; Complete Career Profile: 3 revision rounds; Interview Prep: 1 revision round; Cover Letter: 1 revision round; Landing Page: 2 revision rounds; Personal / Portfolio Website: 2 revision rounds; Business Website: 2 revision rounds; E-commerce Setup: 2 revision rounds; Website Redesign: 2 revision rounds; Simple Lead / Booking System: 2 revision rounds; CRM / Client Tracking System: 2 revision rounds; Custom Dashboard / Internal Tool: 2 revision rounds; Custom Web App: 2 revision rounds; Landing Page Copy: 1 revision round; Company Profile: 2 revision rounds; Tracking Setup: 1 revision round; Marketing Audit: 1 revision round. 7. Cancellation and intellectual property

The Refund & Cancellation Policy governs refunds. Once fully paid, you may use, edit and distribute the custom career documents created for you. You retain ownership of your original information. We retain our general methods and pre-existing templates, granting a perpetual non-exclusive license to use incorporated elements for your career purposes. We do not publish your CV or use it as a sample without separate explicit permission.

8. Platforms, liability and applicable law

LinkedIn and recruitment platforms operate under their own terms. We are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and sell no third-party subscriptions. Platform changes and hiring decisions are outside our control.

We perform work with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order, excluding indirect losses or missed employment opportunities. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

The laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt apply, without overriding mandatory consumer rights in your country. Contact us through the contact form with your order number for questions or complaints.
