Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 2026-10-03 · Next Digital, Alexandria, Egypt
1. Before work begins
Cancel before substantive review, writing, design or development begins for a full refund, except a specific non-refundable custom cost explicitly agreed in writing before payment. Merely creating an order, processing payment or waiting for documents does not count as completed professional work. We communicate when substantive work starts.
2. After work begins
If you cancel after work starts, the refundable amount is the amount paid minus the fair value of completed deliverables and any previously agreed non-refundable custom cost. We provide an itemized breakdown explaining the completed scope and percentage, based on actual work rather than an arbitrary cancellation fee. Undelivered work is not charged as completed.
3. After delivery and lack of hiring outcomes
After final delivery, refunds apply to material non-delivery or failure to provide agreed scope, after a reasonable opportunity to correct or complete the work. If remediation cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, a proportionate partial or full refund is available.
Not receiving a job, interview or ATS acceptance is not by itself a service failure: no such outcome is promised. This does not remove your right to a remedy for defective or missing agreed deliverables.
4. Requests and payment method
Use the contact form with your order number, matching email and reasons. We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; processing time depends on Stripe and your bank, commonly 5–10 business days. You retain statutory rights and rights available through your card issuer.
Custom work and processor currency
For custom projects, cancellation is assessed against actual completed milestones and separately approved non-refundable third-party costs. We provide a fair itemized completion percentage; unperformed work remains refundable. Lack of sales, rankings or business gains is not itself non-delivery, because such results are not promised. Material scope failures receive reasonable remediation first and proportionate refund if unresolved.
Refunds are issued in the original charge currency to the original payment method. Your bank or processor may apply exchange rates or fees outside our control. Mandatory consumer rights and legitimate card-issuer dispute rights remain intact.
