1. Data controller

Next Digital, Alexandria, Egypt is responsible for personal information processed through Next Digital. Use the contact form for privacy requests.

2. Information collected

Order data includes your name, email, phone, target role/industry, years of experience, document language, package, notes, optional CV upload or file link, optional LinkedIn link, order status and payment references. CVs may contain education, employment history and other details you choose to provide.

Contact data includes name, email, topic and message. Payment details are handled by Stripe; we receive payment status, amount and references, not full card numbers. Limited technical information is used to prevent abuse. Optional analytics, if introduced, require consent.

3. Purposes and lawful basis

We use career information to fulfill your contract, contact you about drafts and revisions, and support your order. Accounting records are retained for legal obligations. Abuse prevention and service security rely on legitimate interests. Optional analytics rely on consent. We do not sell your data, publish CVs, create advertising audiences from career information, or use your CV as a promotional example without separate permission.

4. Access, sharing and international processing

Uploaded CVs are kept in private storage. Authorized staff access them only to fulfill orders. Access links generated for staff expire. Customer-provided external file links retain the permissions you set with that file provider; do not share publicly if you do not want public access.

Necessary providers include hosting, data storage, payment processing and agreed delivery channels. Data may be processed in the United States or other countries; applicable safeguards and provider agreements apply. We never ask for LinkedIn passwords.

5. Retention and rights

Career files and drafts are retained only as needed for fulfillment, revisions and resolving disputes; you can request deletion after completion, subject to legal requirements. Accounting/payment records may be retained for up to 7 years and contact records for up to 24 months, where necessary. Restricted backups may persist for a limited period.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction or objection, withdraw consent, or complain to a data protection authority. Submit a contact request and we will verify your identity appropriately; we aim to respond within 30 days. Do not attach identity documents unless specifically required through a safe process.

6. Security and cookies

We use encrypted transport, private document storage, role-based access and validation. No system is completely risk-free; legally required breach notices will be provided. Please share only relevant career information and avoid sensitive details that are unnecessary. Cookie preferences can be changed from the footer; see the Cookie Policy.

Quote and digital project information

Quote requests contain name, email, phone, optional company, selected service, approximate budget in the requested currency, project description, desired timeline, preferred display currency, locale and internal follow-up status/notes. Orders retain the original SAR price, configured conversion rate, displayed amount/currency, actual charged amount/currency and purchased scope snapshots for accurate billing and fulfillment.

Digital projects may require authorized business content, access permissions and agreed test data. We use these only to assess or perform your project, restrict access to authorized staff and necessary processors, and request minimal data. Quote records are retained for up to 24 months when needed for follow-up or disputes, unless a contract/legal retention requirement applies. You may request correction or deletion through the contact form. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive data.
